Ingredients:

• Freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
• 2 Tsp Biogenesis Beauty Superfood Powder
• Freshly crushed/chopped mint leaves
• 1/2 Tsp Natural Stevia 
• Salt to taste

Instructions:

• Squeeze the lime juice and strain to remove pits.
• Add all ingredients to the juice.
• Pour 700 ml water into the mixture and give it a stir.
• Serve cold or with ice.  

BSF Gauc & Chips

Kill your cravings with this healthy Guac & Chips snack. 

Ingredients:

• 1 Avocado
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed, 1)
• 1 Tsp Biogenesis Beauty Superfood Powder
• 1/2 Tomato (chopped)
• 1/2 Onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 chopped jalapeno 
• Salt to taste

Instructions:

• Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a mixing bowl. 
• Mash the avocado with a fork.
• Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
• Give it a taste test and add a pinch more salt or lime juice if needed. 
• Serve the guacamole with some healthy chips like quinoa, brown rice etc.
