Try this delicious protein bread, packed with nutrients to make all your savoury dreams come true!
You’ll need:
🥚 5 eggs
🍎 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
🫒 1/3 cup of oil (either hemp, olive or any vegetable oil).
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Grease a 1-litre tin or line with baking paper.
3. Now combine all of the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
Optional Tip:
Here you can also add one small grated zucchini, carrot or vegetable of your choice to the wet mix to transform your bread into an amazing vegetable loaf.

4. Next you add the dry bread mix to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
5. Pour batter into greased or lined tin without flattening the mixture to keep it nice and fluffy.
Bake time is approximately 40 minutes depending on your oven.
6. First bake covered with foil for 20 minutes.
7. Then remove foil and continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden and a skewer in the centre comes out clean.
8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing.
Serving Tips:
🥪 Eat fresh as a healthy sandwich alternative or
🥑 Lightly toast and top with avocado and a squeeze of lemon.

🌱 5 flax eggs: ½ tablespoon flaxseed meal + 2 tablespoons (30ml) water (makes 1 flax egg)

Storage Tips:
