One of the most fun things about Beautifully Well Box is the surprise and not knowing which products you will discover with every box you open!
We wouldn’t want to ruin the surprise for you!
You can feel comfortable knowing that each month you will receive over $50.00 in value and variety of products in your Beautifully Well Box.
Please Note: Beautifully Well Box makes no representations and gives no warranties that all or any of the products in our monthly boxes will adhere to your specific dietary needs and/or lifestyle.
Beautifully Well Box will not be held responsible or liable for any products that you receive in our monthly boxes that you are unable or unwilling to consume or use for any reason whatsoever.
You will be billed on the day that you sign up to Beautifully Well Box. Following this, you will be placed on our advanced billing cycle.
If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 9th of each month.
If you are on a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, you will be billed every 3, 6 or 12 months on the 9th of the month (paying for the month ahead).
Gift Subscriptions and One Off Boxes (Speciality Boex and Past boxes) are stand alone purchases and do not auto-renew.
Yes, absolutely! You will receive all of the boxes you have paid for.
Our monthly subscription is month-to-month anyway and if you have pre-paid for a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, you can cancel at any time (please email our Customer Care Team - help@beautifullywellbox.com.au).
You will still receive all of the boxes remaining on your subscription but you will not receive your Money Back Guarantee.

Beautifully Well Box offers a variety of options.
If you’d like to try just one box, we recommend choosing our 1 Month Subscription.
You will need to create an online account at Checkout and once you have received your box, you will need to cancel your subscription to avoid ongoing subscriptions and charges. Please see FAQs "How do I cancel my subscription".
Or you can choose from one of our One Off Boxes: Specialty Boxes or Past Beautifully Well Boxes ON SALE.
You will also need to create an online account at Checkout but there is no need to cancel as this is a one-time purchase.

Standard Shipping is free of charge.
Express Shipping is $5.00 extra.
NEW ZEALAND:
Shipping ranges from $10.00 - $100.00 depending on which products you order.
Express Shipping is not available.
We ship with Australia Post to ensure quick and safe delivery of your boxes.
Beautifully Well Box will not be held responsible or liable for any delivery delays of your box or any damage caused to your box which is beyond our control.
Depending on which date of the month you purchase, you will receive your box 1-3 business days after one of our two shipping dates below.
First Shipping Date of each month: 10th
Second Shipping Date of each month: 23rd
If the 10th or 23rd falls on a public holiday, you will receive your box 1-5 business days after the 10th or 23rd.
For all recurring subscriptions and any purchases on or prior to the 9th of the month, your box will be shipped between 10th-12th of the month.
For purchases on or after 10th of the month and before the 22nd of the month, your box will be shipped between 23rd - 25th of the month.
Purchases made on or after the 23rd each month, will be moved to the next months box.

To confirm, if you are satisfied with one or more products in your Beautifully Well Box, but you’re not satisfied with all of the products, unfortunately our Money Back Guarantee does not apply in such circumstances.
Our Money Back Guarantee covers only the first 30 days of your subscription.
Your Beautifully Well Box subscription will automatically renew on the 9th of each month for the following month's box.
If you did not cancel your subscription and your subscription has already renewed, or your pre-paid order has already been processed, for the next month’s box prior to you being approved for a refund - the refund will be issued for the payment of your first box only and not any subsequent boxes that have been paid for or processed during the layover time.
Any partial refunds on the remainder of your pre-paid 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, excluding any orders that have been processed, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To confirm, if you are satisfied with one or more products in your Beautifully Well Box, but you’re not satisfied with all of the products, unfortunately our Money Back Guarantee does not apply in such circumstances
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with products in your Beautifully Well Box box, you have 30 days from receipt of your first box to apply for a full refund of your order under our Money Back Guarantee.
Cut off is 5pm on Day 30 to submit an application under our Money Back Guarantee.
We calculate your 30 days with Day 1 being the day the courier tracking records your parcel as ‘Delivered’.
