SHIPPING POLICY

You'll be happy to know that we do not charge any shipping fees Australia-Wide!

All orders are assigned an Australia Post tracking number which is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
This makes tracking your order easy and assessable at any time.

Standard Post Shipping (Australia-Wide):
FREE. Forever. Simple!

Express Post Shipping (Australia-Wide):
$5.00 extra per order.

PACKAGING AND DISPATCHING

Depending on which date of the month you purchase, your box will be dispatched 3-5 business days after one of our two shipping dates below.

First Shipping Date of each month: 10th
Second Shipping Date of each month: 23rd

Please Note: Shipping can take up to 3 business days after the 10th and 23rd.

Please allow up to 5 business days if the 10th or 23rd falls on a weekend or a public holiday.

Be sure to keep an eye out for email notifications from Beautifully Well Box and Australia Post keeping you updated on the location of your box during transit.

From the time of dispatch, we expect delivery timeframes as follows:
Brisbane: 1 day. QLD Regional: 1-2 days
Melbourne: 1-2 days. VIC Regional: 2-4 days
Sydney: 1-2 Days. NSW Regional: 2-4 days
Adelaide: 2-3 days. SA Regional: 2-4 days
Perth: 3 - 5 days. WA Regional 3 - 6 days
Canberra: 1-2 days. ACT Regional: 1-3 days
Darwin: 3-5 days. NT Regional 3-6 days
Hobart: 3-5 days. TAS Regional: 3 - 6 days

Please note: we cannot always guarantee delivery times as we work within the constraints of Australia Post.
We do our very best to keep you informed and provide you with a tracking so you can monitor your delivery progress. 

SHIPPING CARRIER

We rely on and trust the good people at Australia Post to safely and promptly deliver your goods.

AUSTRALIA POST

Please note the following:

- Unless 'authority to leave' is given at the time of order, a signature is required on delivery.

- If the parcel requires a signature on delivery and there is no one to sign for the parcel at your delivery address, your parcel will be transferred to your local post office.
A card will be left by Australia Post and you will receive a notification via email from AusPost when your order is ready to be picked up.

- If you do not pick up your parcel from your local post office within 10 working days of receiving an email, it will be returned to our HQ.
Beautifully Well Box reserve the right to charge an additional AU $9.95 to redeliver your parcel.
We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee to have your parcel redelivered.

- It is your responsibility to provide a correct postal address.
If you provide an incorrect postal address or if you misspell or omit details of your address, Australia Post will return your order to our HQ.
Beautifully Well Box reserves the right to charge an additional AU $9.95 to redeliver your parcel to a correct address.
We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee and have your parcel redelivered.  

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Terms & Conditions:

By opting for "Authority to Leave", Beautifully Well Box will instruct Australia Post to leave your parcel at your unattended premises as per your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed as 'received' when left at your premises and Beautifully Well Box (and Australia Post) do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may result thereafter.

You agree to release Beautifully Well Box against any and all claims, liabilities, losses and expenses, including consequential losses, suffered or incurred by you or any other person as a result of this Authority to Leave.
